Terms of Service

By accessing or using Drakiq AI ("Service"), available at drakiqai.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Drakiq AI is an Instagram DM automation platform that allows Instagram Business Account holders to set up keyword-based auto-replies for direct messages, comments, and story mentions via the Meta Graph API.

To use Drakiq AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Own or have authorization to manage the Instagram Business Account you connect.
• Have a valid Facebook account linked to your Instagram Business Account.
• Comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Instagram's Community Guidelines.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring automated messages comply with applicable laws and Meta's policies.
• Not using the Service to send spam, misleading content, or messages that violate Instagram's policies.

Drakiq AI operates using the Meta Graph API. By using our Service, you agree to comply with:

• Meta's Terms of Service
• Meta's Platform Policy
• Instagram's Community Guidelines

Meta may revoke API access at any time, which may affect Service functionality. Drakiq AI is not liable for disruptions caused by changes to Meta's platform or policies.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or misleading automated replies.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in India or internationally.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform.
• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

All content, design, code, and features of Drakiq AI are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of automation content (keywords and messages) you create. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

Certain features may require payment of fees in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed via Razorpay. All sales are final unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or successful delivery of automated replies. Delivery depends on Meta's API availability and your account standing with Instagram.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drakiq AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account and requesting data deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
